
In time of hardship and trying times this is when our strength is built to help us face adversity.
Strength is not muscle power, athletic prowess, going to the gym this is just exercise with all of these attributes you can still be weak. So many are.
Inner Strength is being able to endure what life gives you and learning how to deal with it and grow.
