Abdominal Pain Simple Fix

Note: This is my analysis and I have more than 30 years experience of healing myself. If you have concerns and are not familiar with self-healing you should go to see a doctor and also try to use your intuition in clearing your problems.

I recently did a detox on my physical and spiritual bodies. In fact it was a forced detox from Our Heavenly Father and my Soul. It was a complete clear out leaving me with a fresh start. This in itself was very painful and unpleasant.

For the past two weeks I have been having lower abdominal pain and upset stomach. My abdomen was tender and bloating a lot. When out and about I could hardly walk with the pain. I tried ginger tea to ease the pain and upset stomach it worked for a short while and then of course after I ate the pain returned.

Two days ago I lay down in pain and reached out to Lady Mary, Virgin Mary, Madonna who weeps to heal me. I immediately received the thoughts to research Sunflower Oil and Corn Oil used for cooking. I often use Sunflower Oil and occasionally Olive Oil. On checking Sunflower and Corn Oil I found both oils have Omega 6 in them which is creates inflammation even though both have Omega 3 which is anti-inflammatory. I did my tests and analysis. I ate food with no Sunflower Oil in the cooking. I was fine. Then I ate some food cooked in Sunflower Oil ouch the pain came back quickly and so did the upset stomach.

I then cooked some food in Olive Oil and there was no reaction I could feel the Olive Oil soothing my digestive system. The solution was so simple to use Olive Oil. Olive Oil can be expensive even when you live in a country that produces its own Olive Oil. I chose to use Sunflower Oil as a cheaper option.

Olive Oil is the best oil for cooking and your digestive system.

After doing the detox the only thing left which had to go was the cooking oil. It had to be something simple as I was eating very simple food to rebuild and restart my diet. The detox made me look at the food I was eating.

Also I have to take care where I buy my food make sure the people working there are good and do not allow their customers to handle the food. This is of high important not only in Egypt but everywhere in the world.

The self-healing journey has been a bumpy one with a lot of pain accompanied with a wealth of knowledge and new techniques. I have enjoyed the learning process and lessons involved gaining a clearer view of myself.

If you are trialing self-healing take it slowly and use your intuition. Your soul and body will tell you what you need. My self-healing is through diet, herbs and spices. You can tell by smelling food, herbs or spices if it is for you. I find things like Cilantro make me feel sick to smell and eat it, therefore, this is a guidance for me. Follow your intuition carefully and you cannot go wrong.

    I wholeheartedly believe in the whole “intuition” recommendation. There are just some things that don’t feel right (like cilantro for me, too). I used sunflower oil in the past but never had any issues. Haven’t used it in a while, though. Interesting share. I hope you feel better.
