I have been moving towards this for some time now, though foolishly put it off until I moved.

Protein Shakes

I love making my own Protein Shake with Bananas, Apricots, Egg and Milk.  The Old Fashioned Egg Flip if you remember.  It was a popular in Australia just the Egg and Milk drink if you were feeling under the weather.  This has moved on now to be a real health drink.  I often add nuts and honey too giving it more umph.

I love this instead of cooking a meal during the day as it too hot and later in the evening I cook a full meal.

Protein Bars

I started to make Protein Bars  a couple of months ago oh they are so moreish which I eat instead of bread.  The ingredients can vary so much to meet your own personal choice.  I use Oatmeal, mashed banana, raisins (soaked in boiling water), coconut, sesame seeds, and a selection of nuts with a little butter to bind them.  So many recipes to choose from on the internet spoiled for choice.

All quick to cook and just fill in those gaps of hunger.

Vegetable Juices

Today was a first to have Cucumber Juice, the thought of it was a bit off putting, so pleased I gave it a try.  The weather at the moment is unbearably hot looking for something nourishing and refreshing.  Well nothing better than Cucumber soooo cooling and good for the health.

The other aspect of Cucumber whether you eat as a salad or drink it as juice is excellent for releasing deep seated issues, the ones that make you constipated because of all the negative focus you have done over the years.  You know the issues which have triggers that constantly go round in your mind with much pain and trauma.  Cucumber is excellent for helping rid of the clogged up energy in your lower abdomen. Many people buy Spirulina suppliments to do this and they are expensive using Cucumber has the same effect and much cheaper but I suppose does not have the same “Label” effect.

Herbal Wash

I list below the dried herbs I chose to use or at least the ones available to me here with the language translation problems. All the herbs below are used in spiritual cleansing and exorcising.  I received help from my Herbalist too, as I said he laughed when he saw my collection of herbs, he knew exactly what they were for.

  • Basil
  • Rue
  • Rosemary
  • Rose Petals
  • Mint
  • Salt
  • Hyssop
  • Dill
  • Chamomile
  • I would have also chosen Agrimony again translation problems.
  • About tablespoon of each but do what you feel drawn to.

My method was to pray over the herbs, including Holy Angels of the Sun and Holy Angels of Mars.  I also prayed to the spirit of each herb asking for their assistance in uncrossing the evil magic done to me throughout the years and also back through my ancestry.  Placing them in a large pan.  I pour about 3 kettles of boiling water on them to steep.  Allow them to cool.  Enough for 3 days.

Oh the aroma and the effect of the vapours is wonderful.  I place the pan to cool in the room I work in.

When cool I strain the liquid into a large bowl and keep it in the refrigerator as it would go off in the climate here.  I have a jug and a pot to use to douse myself.

I shower to rinse off the day.  Then pour from the head down and then using the herbal wash rinse the whole body including the feet with the herbal wash.  I pour more herbal wash on certain areas that I am drawn too. Leave it to dry on the body and this is when so much seems to take place in removals the effect of gas or air passing, internal flutterings.  You may prefer to add the herbal wash to your bath as I do not have a bath it has to be a wash down.

It is recommended to do this for 13 days well to be honest my life has been disrupted somewhat so I completed 6 days and have done another 3 days feel like I need a rest.  Will resume again in a day or so.  Ideally 13 days but do what you feel comfortable with especially if you are like me have much to remove you must be gentle with yourself.  Allow the body and spirit to balance.

Prayers are essential for all of this.
