Insomnia is this you?
Do you think you suffer from lack of sleep?
I am amazed how everyone turns to the doctors and scientists to resolve this problem.
Nobody seems to understand the Cosmic reason of being unable to sleep.
Like you I spent many nights not being able to sleep laying there fretting because I could not sleep and eventually getting up later that morning exhausted.
God taught me the reason why I could not sleep was due to a surge of negativity being placed in the area where I was living. It is better to be awake than asleep during this time. As the negative surge has a huge impact on those who sleep through it, like a multitude of subliminals being absorbed by the mind or ego the negative influence in our lives. A form of mind control and demonic attachments.
When this happens I wake up and get up find something to do until I feel I can return to sleep. Once the negativity has passed it is easy to go to sleep and wake up feeling rested and good later in the morning.
No need for drugs that is sleeping tablets or medication.
Many have an over-active mind and thinking! Is this you?
You need to calm and relax before you sleep.
Stop watching TV the vibrations and emissions from the TV interfere with the tranquility of your being. Too many people have TVs in their bedroom this is unthinkable and fall asleep with the perpetual buzz around them and all to often you do not realise what you are absorbing. Even the red on/off light on the TV has harmful rays.
Find something pleasant to read without foul language, violence or sexual abuse. The internet is full of educational resources to expand your contemplation and interests.
Contemplate or review your days activities and see what you should be grateful.
DO NOT meditate as this eventually will cause insomnia from connecting to the “greater” networks.
Ask questions or give questions to God or the Divine for answers.
Talk with God or the Divine about your concerns and leave them with Him to resolve.
Change where you sleep the position of the bed or even the room and spritz the room with aromatherapy oils such as Rosemary, Lemon or Orange to shift negative energies.
The energy of your bedroom should be soft, welcoming and free of clutter.
Clutter creates noise. Even books are someone elses thoughts. I keep all of this outside my bedroom.
If you are feeling tense drink some Chamomile Tea to relax or Valerian Tea which has a more profound effect on the mind it seals the cracks in your psyche.
Try changing the way you respond to not sleeping. There is no need to rush to Doctors for drugs which in the long terms will cause a greater problem such as drug addiction.

I had a doctor tell me that having a television or computer in a bedroom could interfere with sleep. Great list of things to do that will help you sleep.

Very informative. I sometimes struggle to sleep but thank God I never turned to the doctors. I always drink Rooibos tea it helps me alot ❣
