Plagiarism is a serious infringement on another persons work. This is not the first time it has happened to me. Regularly on Twitter I had numerous “Life Coaches” and “So Called Spiritual” People copy my tweets and send them out as their own within minutes of my posting them. A few of my connections on Twitter and I wrote and complained to the support in Twitter well you know it is a waste of time. Eventually I stopped Twitter as I did not wish to fuel these mindless people.
Why copy my work? Because it is original and I work directly with my Soul and God. I have done perhaps all my life.
For the first time I am experiencing this on WordPress. I could not believe that someone would do this. The people I connect to have integrity and their work is unique straight from their souls there is no ambiguity.
Recently I have notice in the Referrer Section the name suedreamwalker.wordpress.com
I usually ignore these references, but there was a reason this woman was being highlighted to me constantly. Then they wrote a post which was a type of composition story it was using information from my Blog Posts also “Puzzles ….. was put in the title plus the photographic illustrations was based on my own use of jigsaw puzzles. I wrote a polite comment to her about the use of my work and titles. I received a silver-tongued reply from her as you would expect sending me Love and Light which is a new age expression that is used to cover a multitude of sins. It rolls off their tongues.
I suggested to them why don’t you take a look at my website as it is obviously you are doing so. As you can see on the print-screen above out of the 11 people from the USA 10 views were made by suedreamwalker.wordpress.com . This is just one example of many. I often find social media annoying but in this instance it has given me proof I needed. It is very rare it highlights people viewing and reading my work like this.
God works in amazing ways, I was told by God sometime ago that a woman would do this and I just shrugged it off. I had been going to disconnect from them as their post placed no value to me. Then as predicted they posted their little story fabricated from my posts.
God’s people are too busy with working for God trying to achieve our daily requirements for HIM. They are original in their work. I know I have been inspired to write by one of my connections on here, but first I quoted their poem and writing giving them credit for the inspiration which was a natural flow on their writing. It surprised both of us. There is no harm in giving credit to other people in fact it is an honour.
Many people who write work for the darkness and they are subtle in what they do, as I am constantly saying evil is subtle and they hide behind what is good to survive.
Take care and be vigilant with your creativity as there are those who look for a free ride in this life.
It gives me no pleasure in writing this but it has to be said, there are a lot of ugly people in this world.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, however, as we all know, the internet, social media, the cyber world is a “machine-beast” unto itself. Therefore, unfortunately it can never be fully monitored to be honest. All us writers of integrity can do is keep going, put out content of original and genuine material. I do believe that our “true” reading mates out there know the difference between our content and something 1/2 and 1/2. But, totally agree that it is a shameful display of just how low our society is stooping to these days!

You are right, we have to keep going with our writing regardless of what others do. doing research often brings many websites which are just a copy and paste of the other. I then ask who is the original writer. Thank you Shell for your support appreciated.

how frustrating! i’ll never understand why someone would rather steal another’s hard work than be original. this is such a concern for me. i believe you’ve handled it beautifully, and i hope from now on your work will remain your own.

My local newspapers often ask for photographs for contests. The problem is, they state in the rules that they can use the photographs as their own (probably stating my name as the photographer somewhere in teeny print) and can use them as they desire. For that reason, I don’t bother with those competitions. My photographs aren’t that great, but they’re my own, which I’d like to be recognized as such always. I totally understand your position in this post.
